Ninth grade might not be ideal for decisions
I was in the ninth grade once, just as Heights basketball star Perry Ellis is now. Unlike Ellis, I was not being recruited by Kansas, Memphis and North Carolina. I'm almost sure the basketball coaches at those universities knew nothing of me, although in my driveway fantasies I was sometimes a shooting guard for the Jayhawks.
